Philip Holder, a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, began his bank training performing bank audits as a staff member of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Company CPA's in Nashville, TN. Later, in January 1973, he opened his own accounting practice in Hartsville, TN. Mr. Holder has served on the Board of Directors of Citizens Bank since 1973. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board.

Toby Woodmore entered into the field of banking in 1982 with his appointment to the Board of Directors of Citizens Bank. Mr. Woodmore is also a lifetime educator with over 25 years of experience and currently serves in the capacity of Principal at Trousdale County High School. Mr. Woodmore is a graduate of the University of Tennessee. He also obtained his Masters in Vocational Technical Education from Middle Tennessee State University.

T.P. Thompson, Jr. became a member of the Board of Directors of Citizens Bank in 1973. Mr. Thompson has been District Attorney General since 1977 for the 15th Judicial Circuit of the State of Tennessee. Prior to his banking and legal career, he served two years as an officer in the United States Army. Mr. Thompson is a graduate of Centre College of Kentucky, Vanderbilt University School of Law, and was admitted to the Bar in 1969.

Eddie Taylor became a member of the Board of Directors in 1982. He has also served as Citizens Bank's attorney for over 20 years. With a law degree from Memphis State, he began practicing law in 1976 with James Donoho, hence became the law practice of Donoho, Taylor & Taylor. Mr. Taylor is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, the Tennessee Trial Lawyer's Association, and a past president of the 17th Judicial District Bar Association.

John J. Wender, Jr. became a member of the Board of Directors of Citizens Bank in 1982. Prior to his entrance in the field of banking, Mr. Wender served in the United States Army and also graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Marketing / Retailing. He first came to work at Hartsville Garment in April, 1958, and later became the owner/operator of this local industry until his retirement in 1997.

Karen Armstrong also a native of HartsvilIe and Trousdale County and a Trousdale County High School graduate became a member of the Board of Directors for Citizens Bank in 1998. She has made a career in the real estate business as one of the managing brokers of Gene Carman Real Estate and Auctions. Ms. Armstrong is a graduate of the Tennessee Real Estate Educational Systems, a member of the Sumner County Association of Realtors, a lifetime member of the Award of Excellence, and she received the Award of Distinction for Most Referred Realtors of Gallatin, TN.

James J. Holder is a native of Hartsville, Tennessee and a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University. He has a B.S. in Agricultural Business/Finance. He has been in partnership with his father in general farming operations since 1997. James J. Holder has been Secretary to the Board of Directors since 2002, and was appointed to the Board in 2006.

Betty Sue Hibdon began her banking career at Citizens Bank in 1968. Ms. Hibdon was Executive Vice President in charge of the loan department prior to becoming the eighth President/CEO in February 2006. Ms. Hibdon is a graduate of TN School of Banking at Vanderbilt and The Graduate School of Banking of the South at LSU.
